INTRODUCTION:
The ancient castle where just ruins are left became a home for the greatest evil yet .The Death Messiah Vradark sits on the throne. His words are poison killing everyone. The dungeon used for cherishing old kings now keeps his power, deadly for the human beings. The deepest tomb hides the Sphere of all spheres. The prisoned power, sins and all his darkest fears. Let spirits rest in peace, save us from certain death, be brave enough to fight till your last breath! Take the Sphere from this place so cold, make Vradark useless with your heart of gold. Destroy his plan and pave the path to light, so we could see again the future very bright!
REVIEW:
Vradark's Sphere is based on the well known game Roguelike, and it is made by Team Sanchez who we know from Mighty Final Fight, Castlevania and Survivisection.
You have to find your way through nine randomly created dungeons where you have to find the key to the exit door on every level. You also have to find the Sphere that is hidden somewhere in one of the levels to complete the game.
After you have found the Sphere, Vradark becomes very unsatisfied with what is going on, and he will try to kill you and get the Sphere back. You can not do any damage to Vradark, so you'd better run when he arrives!
You can find a lot of chests and tombs you can search for extra health and firepower, but some of them is empty and come of them are hiding monsters. There is a lot of different monsters, and by pressing a key you can see their strength and powers.
By gaining experience you can power up your health bar, amount of fireballs, and strength of attack of our hero. And by collecting coins you gain extra lives, if you die you can pay 10 coins to start from the beginning of the level again. The game is turn based, so when you make one move, the enemies will also make one move.
It is a very nice presented game with nice colorful graphics, and different soundtracks for every level, though some of them is not quite original, as they can be recognized from different demos and games.
If you are into Dungeons & Dragons / Role-Playing / Maze like games, this one is not to be overlooked, and definitely something you should check out!
