Here I prove that the Lancer can actually kill an ESF faster with single shots than with charged shots.

Yes, it uses more ammo. Yes, it's easier to get one big hit on a slow moving or hovering ESF than lots of little ones.

But this still goes to show that in some situations the carge function just isn't that great.
