So, yeah...nothing like losing an hour of progress because inanimate objects can randomly kill you for no reason.

I think it had something to do with getting "stuck" on the brahmin corpse (which never disappears on Survival now, it seems) before running into the lamp, but I'm not sure. I've tried to reproduce it, but haven't been able to (unlike the lethal cars bug).
