Ⓦ Xenosaga Ep. 1 Walkthrough - Part 7 ▪ Cathedral Ship, Gargoyle Boss Fight [PCSX2/1080p]

Some notes about this part:
- Make sure to grab MOMO's Star Wind transformation in the 3rd screen into the area (near where you can fight Svarozic, the first of the 3 palette-swapped gnosis with big bulbous wang-mouths between their legs that you see). You need to set MOMO as the on-screen character to be able to see and grab it.
- All 3 of the BWMs (bulbous wang-mouths) are weak to slash. In addition to that: Svarozic is weak against ice but absorbs fire, Perun is weak against spirit but absorbs lightning and beam, and Stribog is weak against fire but absorbs ice.
- In the room with the cubicles, make sure to grab the Magical Hat, which will come in handy against Gargoyle (otherwise, you're basically screwed if he decides to keep spamming Seal of Silence on your main healer). The chest containing the hat is in the far bottom-right cubicle, and is obscured by the cubicle wall due to the camera angle.
- Gargoyle has an EXTREMELY USEFUL accessory as its rare drop; the Commander's Crest. This accessory ensures you always have 6 AP every other turn, and is especially useful combined with the Double Buster we'll be picking up later. Make sure you come into battle with some method to steal in hand (MOMO's Star Wind+Magic Caster is the obvious choice).
