0Kiru Giru Boss Fight
There're 2 of them in that small tunnel. Their only weak spots are their underbellies. The first one is relatively easy to destroy. Just get in the space below him, and shoot his underbelly with your Wave Beam. It doesn't take much to kill him. Once he's dead, gather any powers he drops, then head farther to the right, where the larger one blocks the end of the tunnel. If you get too close, he will charge at you, backing you to the far left. Shoot his face (or his rear end, depending how you look at it) to make him reel to the right, then make him charge at you. When he charges at you, lay a few Morph Bombs to get to his underbelly. Rinse and repeat until he too keels over. Once both of them are dead, get a running start and run to the right. Just make sure you open the hatch to the right.
Ensnared Kiru Giru
This one is completely rolled up and suspended by a bunch of vein like roots. You must destroy every one of those roots to cut him down.There's also a Ripper floating in a sideways * curve. Freeze it when it's either to the left or the right side of the room for leverage. Jump on the frozen Ripper and shoot and destroy the roots. As you work on cutting him down, you'll see him shooting spores . avoid them or shoot them and you may get some Missiles or Energy Recovery items. Once all the roots on both sides are destroyed, the wasp larva will fall and get stuck in a very narrow fissure.
