1Spore Spawn Boss Fight
This monstrous iris sprinkles spores that hurt like the dickens. I suggest you jump up to the leftmost ledge and curl up into a ball. Wait there until the large Venus flytrap opens its mouth. That's its weak spot. You can damage it with Missiles or a Charged beam attack. Rinse and repeat. You can shoot any spores that flutter down to replenish your Missiles or Energy if need be. Be careful though as this monster's head moves about the room in a figure * pattern. So again, I suggest you curl up into Morph Ball mode on the upper left ledge. The more you shoot this monster's weak spot, the faster it will move about the room. Shoot it enough to kill it. Once dead, you can use its dead head as leverage to get to the upper door and out. Now more further ahead and get the Super Missile tank.
