Here's how to get on the Dev Server in 6 Easy Steps:

1 - Copy your War Thunder folder.
2 - Rename the copied War Thunder folder to War Thunder Dev Server
3 - In the War Thunder Dev Server folder delete config.blk, warthunder.yup and warthunder_old.yup
4 - Enable viewing of full file extensions by going to start, search for folder options, view, untick "Hide extensions for known file types".
5 - Copy a file in the War Thunder Dev Server folder and rename it to matchingDevMode
6 - Run the Launcher as an administrator, click the wrench in the top right and select Dev from the server list
7 - Tsar Bomba

Account not activated = Server is not online
