Warframe (PS4) - Call of the Tempestarii quest and New Corpus Railjack
2Title pretty much. I'll put time in commetns where quest started.
So latest warframe quest and one we haven't gotten in a while actually. It's cool, but very short and feels more of tease than anything. At this point one can wonder if we play WF just for the flashy E3 type of demo/presentations :P.
There is sweet and nice song created specifically for the quest :).
As per usual you get BP of a (new) warframe and then have to grind the rest of the parts. In these case I learnt you have to do "new" void storms. Which is basically opening relic with railjack mission. Unfortunately they are horrible and doesn't worth your time one bit. Long loading times, little actual railjack and instead we get to have a exterminate or defense or new unfun stay for 5 minutesn shoot static stuff missions. It's so ackward and out of place. You can lose anything fomr 15-30 minutes to just opene one relic... Absolute not worth.
Pretty certain it was to punish peeps grinding the new Savagoth warframe. Just because I can't see why would anybody want to suffer through this bullshit. Btw the defense map is the worst map in the game... Tell that's a coincidence. I dare you. Meaning you could end up losing more than 5-6 minutes - what usually defenses take, up to double that.
You can't go alone on those portions of the corpus rail as well. You are forced to enter the defense in the middle of the rail mission with all members present. Which means? Waiting. As I said without an ounce of joke 1 mission might cost you half an hour even more... For one relic to be opened. What else you get is not worth as well.
To this day I am not sure why the long mission types continue to be pushed and forced in wf... A fast pace in and out action. The Grineer section of railjack had that right - fast in and out with teams that can split and do whatever and cooperate. Why this general great plan and design was scrapped for this new bullshit is beyond me. What people that enjoyed Rail before wanted and needed more of that. More variety. Not let me extract this worst defense map in the game and put it in the middle of the railjack...
Railkjack also suffered heavy blows and feels less durable to what I had before - pretty much maxed out with intrinsics 8-8-7-10. Now hull and armour are gone as mods and made into plating compoment which I don't get any as someone that got most of all he needed. I don't care for the freebies and rewards that try to make me not feel horrible about the changes and how the ship was changed. I'd rather took some of the stuff that now you have to regrind... Mods before maxed are now barely, endo returns is meh. What R10 mod I can get with my 10k endo? 2 mill credits and 40k endo is the what maxed R10 mods cost.
Overall mostly disappointed so far with railj. Oh and tether nerfed is not balanced but made complete garbage :(. Wow. There is a lot to cover and talka bout. -- Watch live at https://www.twitch.tv/freebiebg
