Another WarioWare comparison and this time it's the original entry which started it all. There are roughly 70 Microgames that were reused in WarioWare Gold

There was 1 Microgame that I counted as an honourable mention
because it wasn't directly reused as the others but it had a little nod here and there.

Fruit Shoot, for example, had the player use a bow and arrow to hit a target and for some of the later levels, you had to adjust the bow's strength to hit a lower target. 3DS Gold's Love Struck had a similar concept but it used the touch screen to adjust the power of the shots and the target was changed from an apple to a heart.



There are some omissions that I did not include in this video despite debuting in the original game.

No Duck Hunt Microgame?
Answer: Gold version of Duck Hunt used the Touchscreen you take out the ducks by tapping which is almost identical to the D.I.Y Showcase version of the game when it comes to input.

Balloon Fight?
GBA original used Balloon Trip where you need to travel as far as you can
3DS Gold is based on the bonus stage where you collect balloons to score extra points

Donkey Kong?
GBA original is restricted to the A button where Jumpman can only... jump vertically to avoid barrels.
3DS Gold is based on D.I.Y where you used the touchscreen to remove barrels and fire.

It does make me a bit of a hypocrite because I did compare Wario's Adventure despite both versions having a completely different set of obstacles (I'm looking at you levels 2 and 3 from 3DS Gold), you could say that those 3 NES games have been featured in a lot of WarioWare games and I want to compare the most accurate incarnation.
