Even an evil spirit gets sick from time to time. Mainly it's because his bugs aren't doing their job right. For example, his tapeworms have very acidic spit, which they use to blow bubbles sometimes inside of Terror's gut. The outcome is very, very hideous. This leads to Terror throwing up the tapeworms, dead or alive, to put an end to the bubble making and "lecture" them once more.
