Dirt 2 was one of the first DX11 games that was released on PC, back then i owned an AMD Radeon 5870 and Nvidia had a considerable performance lead with thier Firmi architecture when it came to tessellation and DX11 performance. Since then a lot has changed the AMD 6000 series and 7000 series have come to pass improving on the GCN architecture. Now i'm back with some Dirt 3 game play with AMD's latest offering the R9 290. But this isn't any regular Radeon R9 290. this beast has been water cooled and overclocked, check out the performance of this beast, i think 120hz monitor owners will be very pleased.
