For the VC 100% route with FW on B.

If you forgot to set FW at the start of the dungeon, set it in the waterfall room, then do this. The setup for the hookshot is stand near the edge, hookshot in hand, one ess right, sidehop right and pull hookshot midair, then aim all the way up.

Of course you can hover once you go through the door too, but meh.
