i think i went a little overboard with the effects because its looped
whenever i make looped animations, i use a lot of effects to make it more interesting to look at for a while
i originally planned to make this 20 fps, but then i started tweening and that kinda ruined my plans
but thats ok, 10 fps is smooth enough
but yea, im pretty proud of this :)
also no outro this time, it doesnt really fit with this meme
