Here is a Way of the DRUNKEN MASTER MONK Mod Build in Baldur's Gate 3! Mod made by Sumradagnoth. What's nice about this class is the fact that you can redirect enemy attacks back at themself and also give yourself advantage when you have disadvantage. There are a lot of wild things that you can do with this and. while it's not as strong as the open hand monk, it is still a fun one, especially for role playing purposes.
The monk is a strong class in Balter's gate three due to its very powerful bonus action. So you can also multiclass in the rogue thief for more power.
