Oh good ol UFO how frustrating you can be. Admittedly I'm quite happy I got this as quickly as I did. I was fully expecting this to take around a week or so but I'll take 3 days. UFO, imo, is the hardest Lunatic. Really difficult and RNG heavy sections/attacks combined with really large and clippy hitboxes and losing a full power with each death makes this arguably the most difficult game to clear. The hitboxes are especially an issue with Marisa who is probably at her fattest in this era of Touhou. MoF, SA, and UFO really don't like Marisa. I certainly consider it the hardest Lunatic 1CC. That aside, I also noticed this game uses a lot of lasers. Like every stage aside from stage 2 and 4 has lasers in some way. That may or may not also play into its difficulty because lasers are bs. Regardless, I'm just glad I got the 1CC. Also this is the first time I've recorded and uploaded in 60fps. It took over 12 hours to upload D:

I'm not going to break down each stage but just know that ufo routing is kinda strict in early game since you want to maximize your resources as quickly as you can. Around stage 4 is where the ufo routing can be a bit more free form since it's harder to get the ufos in later stages. You really don't want to die too much before stage 5. This was also ironically the first run that didn't die twice to Murasa's final spell.

Stage 5 is the most difficult stage in the game with every section being a potential death. Nazrin's midboss is also complete RNG. You can get walled on both the non and spell. Shou is also a real pain. Cap'ing anything in this fight honestly feels like a blessing.

Not much to say about stage 6 outside of you usually want greens this stage but due to failing horribly with ufos in stage 5 I was able to get 2 reds here. Byakuren is one of the hardest final bosses in the series partially due to the hitboxes in this game being straight ass. Her attacks are definitely difficult but the hitboxes just make them even more insane. Good Omen and 2nd non imo being the hardest attacks in the fight. Magic Butterfly is static and I hate her final non. I was very happy that I cap'd DR in this run. Sad I didn't cap LFS but it's an easy spell to misread and die on so I'm not too upset by it.

Anyways. Idk if I'll go for LNB in this. Probably not because this game is a massive salt mountain but yeah. It's kinda fun when you aren't resetting to stage 1 and 2 nonstop.
