We Hit 100% Completion! [Tails Adventure] Ep. 5 [END]
2Well, that's it for Tails Adventure! We may have beaten the game in the last episodes and watched them credits roll, but... you guys know me! I can't be satisfied with that; there's still so many SEKERITS to discover! So we're DIVING BACK IN and doing some more exploration -- and would you believe it, we actually did it! We 100%'d this old-ass game! I've gotta say, this is a pretty interesting title. On the one hand, the graphics are beautiful and the second-to-second gameplay is really solid. On the other hand, the massive world and the total lack of direction mean that there is a LOT of very tedious searching to do, and it sapped a lot of enjoyment out of the game for me -- but, on the other hand, I can see that as potentially being a positive when you're trying to waste some time on a road-trip and you've got your Game Gear in your backpack. My feelings toward it, over-all, are very positive, and I think it's an over-looked entry in the Sonic franchise. I just wish that there was some gadget that you could unlock that would at least give you a hint as to which stages still had items to collect, for instance.
Anyway, now we can finally get on with more retro Sonic the Hedgehog action! :D
