Returning to a comfy visit of Planet Zoo. A cozy Zoo Tycoon game that isn't just about keeping animals, it follows zoo standards actual zoos have to follow based on the AZA (American Zoo Association) which despite it's name is used internationally. This means your zoo not only does the typical keeping cool animals, selling food and drinks and merch to your visitors, etc. You also are expected to provide educational materials such as informational displays, audio, conservation displays, etc. The franchise mode also has a Conservation Credit system where you can trade animals with a global market fed by other players (effectively allowing you to "trade" animals)

This is something actual zoos do, just they don't have special currency for it. It's something they do to help breeding programs for endangered species.
