0We Who Are About To Die is a super fun gladiator rogue-like with the best parts of a roguelike, combined with compelling aesthetics in development. It's a great physics-based rouge-like with enough variability that I've caught myself returning for long sessions every time I play. Actually finishing a run is a fine balance of patience and skill, knowing when to go for the risky fight and when to say '♥♥♥♥ the crowd' and focus on survival and resources. We Who Are About To Die is the first game I've seen properly implement physics-based fighting and actually do it right, a little jankyness aside. I Highly recommend it to anyone who enjoys combat systems akin to For Honor or Mourdhau with a heavy emphasis on momentum and direction in your swings. I am excited to see what they bring to the game in future early-access development. Hope you enjoy my video.
