NXT Commissioner William Regal officially launched the future of WEDF with the opening of NXT, announcing an eight-man tournament that would culminate at NXT: Arrival, where the winner would be crowned the NXT Champion! Last week, we saw Kevin Owens & Terry Atkins earn their way into the semi-finals in two hard fought matches. Tonight, two more competitors will join them as we start our long journey toward NXT: Arrival!

As confirmed last week by Joshua Bishop, the enigmatic Sami Zayn will be in action, on the hunt to become the inaugural NXT Champion. A charismatic young man with undeniable talent and the heart of a warrior, Sami Zayn must venture into the unknown - that's right, Sami Zayn is facing an opponent that NO ONE other than William Regal has seen in the past few weeks! How will Sami Zayn fare against a competitor he has no idea how to prepare for? Who WILL face Sami Zayn in the squared circle tonight?

And in our main event, the controversial "Charles Manson of Professional Wrestling", Vin Taylor, will do battle with "The Man That Gravity Forgot", Adrian Neville! Last week, Vin Taylor had some very strong words for Neville, recalling the mythical tale of Icarus and vowing that history would remember the night that Adrian Neville would bow at Vin's feet. Although Vin is fairly new to the NXT Universe, we would advise you to not take his words lightly - Vin Taylor has a reputation for being a volatile, dangerous man to be around. Vin Taylor is a man with a penchant for creating chaos and causing serious harm to any competitor that stands face-to-face with him. Known and feared for his antics in BATTLE PRO - and most recently, TCW* by way of their crossover event with BATTLE PRO, Deadman Wonderland - Adrian Neville certainly has his work cut out for him. But we know exactly what Adrian Neville brings to the table. A refined, polished competitor with a reputation as the most breath-taking, hard-working daredevil, it's clear that "The Man That Gravity Forgot" will be looking to leave Vin Taylor breathless - if he can connect with his devastating and magnificent finishing move, the Red Arrow, it will almost be certain that Adrian Neville advances to the semi-finals. Can Adrian Neville soar to the semi-finals? Or will Vin's warnings ring true with Neville's hopes crashing into the abyss?

Also scheduled to appear are Tyler Breeze and Malik Brown following their disappointing losses last week, and a freshly signed tag team that has generated a LOT of buzz in the virtual wrestling scene!
