Weekly Painting Progress- Laboring on Labor Day! 9/6/21
71It's another hot Labor Day here in Southern California!
I've been enjoying my extra day off. While some people fret, panic, and worry over school starting the next day, for me, it was Tuesday. I've been in for almost a month now so Labor Day doesn't feel as significant as it used to when I was young, and we actually started school after it. Oh well.
Finished up mostly Underworlds figures while Sparkletrout hit it out of the park with the models I printed up for him.
Most my time was spent trying to salvage that demon forge master from Comet Lord. I did not do that monster justice. It was an awful print job all around, but I figured if I'd already committed to painting it at that point, I might as well see it through.
From a distance and without me point out all the failures and misprints, it honestly doesn't look to bad. Then again I'm probably my own biggest critic. I'm sure a lot of you know how that goes. Glad I saw it through though.
Not sure what big piece I'm going to tackle next, both for painting and printing.
Archvillain and Bestiarum both have some pretty bonkers stuff for September and I can't make up my mind where to start....
