Welcome Back To The Land Of The Living Jodie! - Beyond Two Souls Playthrough
3Today on the Beyond Two Souls Playthrough, we are Finishing the Mission "The Condenser" And moving on to "Homeless" Which is one of my Favourite Missions in the Game! But before getting there, Can Jodie shut down the Condenser in time? And one thing we Never Thought Through, If it Takes all of those Shadow Creature Back to the Infraworld, then Will it also Try to Take Aiden Back too? Since he's from that World as well? Come find Out if we Lose this Strange Super Power, Today!
To start us off though, we begin back at that Icy Corridor with all of the Bodies Lying everywhere! I do have to do that all over again, like getting the Key Card and Aiden Fighting Off the Bodies whilst Jodie's trying to get the Door Open! That doesn't Take too long though, and On with the Story we go! The Room ahead of the Icy Corridor, is where the Controls for The Condenser are, and Jodie is the one to Cut the Power and Hopefully Shut it Down! Of course though, things Never go that Smoothly! These Controls Don't Work, but thankfully Jodie spots another Control Room Inside the Room where The Condenser actually is... Along with A LOT of those Dark Entities! Can Jodie get to this other Control Room Safely? Or will there be Too Many of the Shadow Creatures?
Well thankfully, Jodie also has Aiden, she's Not completely Alone, like she told that Scientist in the Last Episode! Aiden is apparently From the Infraworld too, just like those Dark Entities, so Surely he should be able to Help Jodie if they were to try and Attack her, Right? Well that is One Assumption that was Correct! The Entities do Try to Attack Jodie, but that's Okay because Aiden is here to Save the Day! It gets Really Tense at some points, because there's Obviously some Buttons to Push when being Attacked, and when Running Away, and If you're Familiar with this Channel, then you May know that I Mess those Button Prompts Up, quite a Lot!
So the Question is, Can I get Jodie to the Controls, Safely? And on Time? And Can I make sure that Aiden Protects Jodie whenever the Need Arises? Well you'll just have to Come and Watch, to see What Happens! And also to come and see if Shutting the Condenser Down, also Means that Aiden gets Sucked into that Portal too! What would Jodie do without Aiden? Well without Spoiling Too much, I'll just move on to telling you about the Next Mission! After that we move on to "Homeless", which is honestly one of my Favourite Missions in the Entire Game! We Don't Finish it in this Episode, so We'll be seeing more of it Next Week, But today, we get Introduced to the Characters, and see some of the Struggles that come with being Homeless!
This part of the Game is actually Really Sad, we see a Side to Jodie that we haven't seen before, and it Isn't a Happy side of course! Because the Time Line Jumps all over the place in this Game, we Don't Know Why Jodie has found herself in this Situation, so that's something I'd Love to Find out in the game, and I hope you're Eager to find out as well! But it's quite Daunting, just how Miserable Jodie has become in this Section! We've seen her being Sad and Angry because of Aiden and how he's made her "Different", but we've Never seen her this Sad, and it's just Horrible that she's had to Adjust to so much, and now even being Homeless as well!
I think that's why it's one of my Favourite parts of the Game, we're seeing that it's not all Sunshine and Roses just because she can do what Other people can't! It's a Darker side of the Game, but at the same time it's not All Doom and Gloom Either! It's making her Appreciate what she's Got, and to learn to be Happy in her Own way I think! But that's something We'll touch on a lot More in Next Week's Episode!
