And once found, information is no longer information: it is knowledge and the buildup of knowledge is changing everything, from the way we interact with our devices and services, to the way we get tasks done. With the information age in full retreat and the knowledge age in full swing, changes are coming. In this talk, I welcome you to the knowledge age and give you a tour of what is coming.
