What did GM Karthik tell young Akshay after their game?
77Chess is a game of analysis and it is believed, that the more you analyze your own games, wins or losses, the better you become. Though many may not agree with this but that was not the case with Akshay Borgaonkar. He faced GM Karthik Venkataraman in the 7th round of the 1st Guwahati International Open Grandmasters Chess Tournament 2022. After their game, we can see Karthik spending some time with Akshay and giving him some tips and discussing lines in which the game could have been played. Do you analyze your games?
