While nobody really knows the answer, it's something worth speculating over. I think two things will happen. First the ability to re-sell games will be severely damaged for casual gamers as outside of visiting a Pawn Shop or setting up an eBay profile, they will have no way to easily sell their games. Second, I think it results in a slight increase in prices on eBay as the used game market becomes more limited in access.
