Basically, the emulator takes a "snapshot" of everything in the game when it is made so that it can create the exact moment you saved. When you load that into a new game, some of the data is missing. The game loaded is not entirely important (though some games don't seem to work together for one reason or another) We can still take a look at different games to see how they glitch out, but the game loaded in... unfortunately... is not very important :/
