3 Chipp style Guilty Gear style Air Dashes in any of 8 directions like in Marvel VS Capcom 2 and 3
One Aerial Teleport per jump
Rolls with Invincibility Preserving Jump Cancellable Back Dash Cancels inspired by Slayer's Back Dash Cancel teleports
Low short hop, high full hop, 3F jumpsquat into variable upwards acceleration based on how long the jump input is held
Two midair jumps, and they are upwards-accelerating downward double jumps for Double Jump Cancel aerials
High ground and air speed with accelerated grounded acceleration
Flight like a MVC2 character (just tap, release, and hold jump)
Mario's Up-Air, already an incredible combo tool but when combined with a good kill move and the ability to carry foes off the top of the screen with double jumps and air dashes it's seriously busted
A COMPLETELY ORIGINAL MOVEMENT TECH
And of course, THE KNEE OF JUSTICE.
Totally fair and balanced because he has a 1.4x launch multiplier. If you ever manage to hit him, he's combo food.
This character's art assets are incomplete and I've only finished two of his moves so far. But does he really need anything more than this?

The Ultimate Spacie has nothing on this.

Dodge an attack by rolling back, cancel into a short hop, Air Dash forwards, backdash cancel invincibility preserved advancing knee into death combo. It's so overpowered, I'm surprised a Smash P2W DLC character doesn't have it yet! Then again I hear Steve can just burst out of combos for free, so there's that.

Tutorial:
The roll can be jumped out of.
This preserves up to 7 frames of invulnerability that can be preserved into any other attack or movement option.
This technique is called Preserved Invulnerable Non Grounded Aerial Schmoovement, or PINGAS for short.
Impress your friends with your PINGASdashing skills!
