What is With Those Money Grubbing RPG YouTubers
Nerdarchy explores the stigma of Role-Playing Gamers with YouTube Channels monetizing their content. There has been backlash in the rpg community against those that have spoken of making money off of gamers and gaming. We are nerds, tabletop gamers, geeks, role-players, DMs and Game Masters, and YouTubers, but also so much more than those things. Why is it when minor celebrities do the same no one bats an eye even when their celebrity status has nothing to do with gaming? Are these people who have a problem with it picketing game designers for being professional gamers? Is it wrong to want to do what you love for a living, even if that is being professional nerd, geek, or even gamer?
