If you like Turmoil the base game, The Heat is On DLC is a must-have. There are lots of improvements that make the start of the game less grindy, along with new features that add strategic and logistical layers. New elements allow for making even more virtual money, and there are more active rivals. If someone asked me to rate this DLC, I would say 9/10!
