This TOWER DEFENSE RTS Made Me FEEL Dumb and CONFUSED | The Fall of Aether Station
14In The Fall of Aether Station, we’re supposed to get a ruthless tower defense rogue-lite strategy experience. I spent hours allocating points in different upgrades and trying out different loadouts. I tried hard to get the "strategy" part of this game, but I couldn't. It always ends up at the base, forcing me to pull all my ships back and defend it until there are so many enemy units that I can't handle anymore. I didn’t believe it was bad design and thought I was doing something wrong, but it’s not like I’m new to strategy/tower defense games.
