What will you think of yourself in 20 years from now?
We should use the past and present to look at how our future could look, this will not be 100% accurate but nothing is. It can be used to somewhat predict how our life will look, so we have a rough idea of what to expect.
for example if I work in the same position in work, not pushing to climb the ladder, I can expect to be in the same place in five years if I stay in that mindset.
We need things in our lives that challenge us daily, in 3 different aspects of life:
mental - books, writing, creating, learning
physical - exercise, lifting, calisthenics
spiritual - meditation, growing, purpose
