About this video: In this video, I show you exactly what was changed, added and rearranged in the brand spanking new Minecraft 1.8 update. This is a Minecraft 1.8 update spotlight/what's new video where I showcase everything that was added to Minecraft 1.8 from blocks, to mobs, to biom's, it is all here in this video.

The 1.8 Minecraft update is the biggest update Minecraft has ever had, and for that reason, I could not cover every single thing that was included in the, but I did talk about the new Ocean Monuments in Minecraft 1.8, all of the new blocks in 1.8 such as Prismarine, Andesite, Granite, Diorite, Red Sandstone, banners, and much much more. I also talk about all of the new changes that were made to villiagers in Minecraft 1.8, and how they now harvest crops, have better trading systems, and how they now have awesome new kickass professions.

This video also features me, NicsGames, talking about all of the new spectator gamemode that was added in Minecraft 1.8. The spectator gamemode allows players to freely fly around through the walls, ground, and even take the perspective of mobs and other players to see exactly what they are seeing. This mode will be great for servers as when you die, you will be able to freely spectate as you wish.

I also talked about all of the new mobs that were added in Minecraft 1.8 in this update spotlight. The new mobs that the Minecraft 1.8 update added are bunnies, guardians, elder guardians, and endermites. Bunnies spawn everywhere just as other non-hostile mobs do. Endermites spawn near enderman, and they have a chance of spawning when you teleport using an ender pearl. They also make the exact same sound as silverfish which can be annoying. Lastly, we have the new guardians and elder guardians. Guardians are bigger fish that swim around and attack you using a laser like beam that comes out of their eye. Elder guardians are like normal guardians except they are much bigger and when you are fighting them a ghost like image runs across your screen.
