What's REALLY Holding Back Game Developers?

Some thoughts and insights into why game developers like bioware, and ubisoft cant say and do what they really want. I think it's partly because they are stuck in a loop of being held hostage and are at the mercy of the public scrutiny and image and quite frankly they lack the spine to stand up and just say no.They are too fearful of being judged - when gamers don't really care about that - they just care about the quality of the games in the end.
