Even at high difficulty, you can make beginner mistakes. Like leaving dead Colonist bodies to rot in the middle of your Colony without noticing. All my Colonists are witnessing decaying except the Colony Leader, who simply steps over bodies while managing the Colony. It's okay, because the game doesn't really punish you for things like that and all through this ordeal, the Colony still remained medium Happy. I guess it's the Spartan way...
