Apologies for the poor quality of this video, it was taken quickly on my old phone which was a cheap Cubot Note Plus I got from eBay when I was somewhat lacking in funds. (For £70 I can't complain, it lasted over 5 years before it died).

The video itself was taken inside a building for a car dealership I used to work at, it was a truly terrible place to work and the owner could not have given less of a toss about his employees.
He saw us all as a cost to be reduced and a resource to be exploited for his own gain and nothing more.
To him you were dirt, only existing to make him money and if he could screw you over to his advantage he would, he used the COVID-19 Pandemic to screw over a lot of people when he didn't have to.
The building itself had been in a poor state of repair for a number of years, there were huge cracks in the exterior and interior walls, a wasp nest that allowed wasps inside where people were working, insufficient heating and insulation meaning it was cold and damp in the winter.
The fire service once did a surprise inspection of the building and found multiple serious issues from a fire safety perspective, none of which were ever rectified.
There were rats and mice throughout the building, it was filthy, and yet it had a kitchen where people were expected to prepare food and eat.
There was a mezzanine level in the loading bay, with the loading bay doors open however you faced a drop onto a concrete floor from that level, there was no safety barrier or even warning signs.
The rear fire escape door you see here was barely functional and even if you went through it would lead to another room where all the doors to the outside were kept locked anyway.
In this video you see the actual wall around and above the door frame has completely come away and it only held in place by the electrical cable that runs to a light switch by the door. This could have happened due to the building sinking or due to the number of times that door had to be slammed closed because it didn't close correctly.
Whatever the cause we know that if and when that cable fails, whichever poor soul is stood by that door will have the entire wall coming down on top of them.
And when this issue was reported to the management and owner can you guess what was done about it. Absolutely nothing!

UPDATE;
I recently learnt that the Owner of the business closed the whole thing down and sold the assets to a larger automotive group.
The former owners of the building were Murketts group, formerly known as Murketts Vauxhall.
Good riddance I say.
