Who Could Buy Unity?
679A recent (incredibly clickbaity) article suggested Apple might be interested in buying Unity Technologies. While there is literally zero evidence that Apple (or anyone else for that matter) are looking to buy Unity, it is a fun little thought exercise, so here we are... Who Could/Should Buy Unity?
We look at several different companies that could buy Unity and the pros and cons of each company potentially owning Unity. In the end I think there is only one company that is a perfect fit for acquiring Unity and of course I mention them last because that's how these things work!
Once again, this is just speculation and for fun. There is no evidence that any companies are looking to acquire Unity, nor is there any evidence that Unity is looking to be acquired. Do you have a suggestion other than the companies I have listed here?
