I know none of you will read this, so I'll explain.

No, I don't think science fiction from the 1970s is objectively better than science fiction from the 1980s or any other decade for that matter. All sci-fi matter and all decades matter after all. I am just of the opinion that '70s sci-fi is more relevant to our current situation than '80s sci-fi. I won't explain myself here because that would mean I'd have to transcribe the video. And why would I do that when I can just have a clickbaity title and you can watch it for yourself? That's what I want you to do anyway. That's why I called the video what I did.
