Why Airazor Never Transformed in Rise of the Beasts? After getting a sneak peak at the Maximals in the form of CG renders and toys. The concerns of Beast Wars fans were put to rest. Not only were we gonna see our favorite animal based Transformers make a return. They were actually gonna mirror how they looked in their original show. Or so we thought. After the movie released fans noticed that Airazer didn't transform into her robot mode. Even though Hasbro released a toy for it months before the film hit theaters. Leaving many wondering why she didn't change during her multiple encounters with Scourge. And its because the producers never planned for her to. That's right she never intended to maximize. Apparently her design changed after her merchandise was ready for production. Which is why the beast mode for her toys looks so different from the movie. No robot mode renders have been released either, and the toy designers had to come up with one for the toys.
