7,356Fighting Games like Street Fighter, Tekken, and Guilty Gear are a games that I see a crazy amount of people all over the world express interest in, yet only a select few only ever manage to actually 'get into' them. While most people chop this up to them being "too hard" or "too time consuming" I think the real answer actually lies in the genre itself and its shortcomings. The fighting game genre is fundamentally flawed and, as a lover of fighting games, we NEED to talk about it to see it reach its full potential.
