111Psychoticism and neuroticism have quite a few overlaps with each other.
It's important to understand that both sets of personality traits can lead to a series of unstable and unhealthy behaviors and mindsets.
I'm sure you know a lot of individuals who have traits of narcissism and psychopathy but who do not necressarily meet the full criteria of either disorder.
When this happens, it can be difficult to help the person see that they are detrimental to others around them, engages in manipulation and triangulation, and doesn't cause others to feel comfortablesecure in the relationship.
You may even have this person tell you, perhaps during an argument, that they are not the problem but you are.
