More advice for new scooter shop owners.\nHaving NEW bikes in the shop that you use as a source of parts should be your last option. ALWAYS. Junkers and damaged bikes are a different story, but when I see new ZMD dealers or Vespa dealers destroying brand new bikes that can be a problem because the dealer mechanics don't write down whats missing or eventually it get's to the point where the time invested to fix it costs the store more than the bike ( especially for certified Vespa or Aprilia mechanics that charge the store money ) Stores get in trouble when they do this to financed vehicles since GE or DISC floorcheckers do not want to see this.
