There’s a reason Black Ops 1 Zombies still lives rent-free in the minds of every Call of Duty Zombies fan. What made the old-school COD Zombies or any Call of Duty for this matter good was it's simplicity — from it's boots on the ground straightforwardness to the complete lack of DEI characters. Compared to the flashy but soulless direction of Black Ops 6, BO1 was peak.
