But I as I got older, this modern enlightenment movement began to look like another religion. Crystals. Meditations. Mantras.

I mean Shadow Work is felt more like a performance. “Mantras” are all about money.

And over time, I realized the modern “spiritual awakening” movement had become another trap — a trend.
