Why Did Someone Do THIS?!?!
336During the Friday setup of the 2023 Midwest Gaming Classic, I saw som 11ething that I've seen before, but I don't know that I've ever seen it this badly. I hate when people put stickers on Nintendo games, but this was one that was not only on the game, but over the label itself. And it was on a game that's amazing, Super Mario Bros 3.
I was just coming through this bin of games when I saw this particular one and it hurt my heart. It was a copy of an otherwise decent looking Super Mario Brothers 3, but it had a huge sticker on the face of it. It actually reminded me of a garbage pail kits sticker. They had $20 on it for a price, and for a decent looking copy of Super Mario 3 that's not unreasonable, but for something like this it was a bit much.
I also found a copy of tiny toon adventures 2 for the NES, and they had that listed at $25. again, somewhat overpriced but I wanted to see if I could pull off a combo deal. The vendor was still setting up but I talked to him and was able to get both games for only $35.
Make sure you stay tuned to the channel, I'm actually going to do a video to see if I can't get this sticker off of the label without damaging the label. I already have a few ideas in mind, some conventional, some not so.
