No matter what type of content is being produced it seems like it's becoming quite common for content creators to ask for likes, comments, and subscriptions on their videos and channels. Although there is normally little to no reason ever explained by the people asking for them. It seems like there could be a trend of "do it because everyone else does it" but I wanted to go in and explain in-depth why these are actually all forms of engagement and how these can actually help a video thrive as well as help a YouTuber grow!
