Why I DON'T like RE4!

I've tried many times giving RE4 a chance, but sadly it has never wavered how I feel about the game. I've played it on GameCube, then on PS2, Wii, and PS4.

A few reasons why I don't like RE4:

1). ASHLEY
2). I don't like playing "Tetris" with the inventory.
3). The game felt like ONE BIG ESCORT MISSION.
4). The game WAS NOT scary to me at all.
5). TO MANY QUICK TIME EVENTS
6). This entry didn't even feel like an RE title. It honestly felt like an action shooter game with Resident Evil slapped on the title.
7). This one is more personal, but this is the title I feel was responsible for the downfall of the Resident Evil series, at least for me it was. RE5 and RE6 are have there points for being terrible games as well, but RE4 still stands as my least favorite in the entire franchise.

I have not given the RE4 remake a try yet (minus the demo, which was meh), but I do plan to once the price drops.
