This video covers the process, procedure and cost that I had to go through returning a book to amazon.ca, whereas if I had bought the same book at the same price (albeit with shipping priced at one dollar more expensive) from chapters.indigo.ca, I would have saved money, time, and effort returning the book to my nearest Chapters, Indigo or Coles store instead of going through the trouble of printing, filing, packing, and shipping back my return order for a refund that yielded over 7 dollars less than I had originally paid for the book and shipping (to cover the shipping costs back to Amazon).
