A lesson to why you should only buy items of value from stores that offer refunds or exchanges
This video represents the lesson that I have learnt as to why you should only buy items of value from stores that offer some kind of warranty, guarantee, refund policy, satisfaction policy, exchange policy, SOME KIND OF RETURN POLICY, or else you might end up in the same situation I find myself in: my brand new HipStreet Vektor 7" Deluxe Wi-Fi HD Touch Screen MultiMedia Internet Tablet HS-7DTB3-4GB will boot to the Hip Street logo splash screen, followed by a blinking cursor in the top left of the screen, followed by the word ANDROID in the left-justified center of the screen with the cursor following it, and then what happens next? The device power cycles on its own (reboots, restarts) to only repeat the process over and over again.
If the store where I purchased my tablet offered some kind of return policy, I would at least have a working tablet in my possession right about now. Since they do not, now I have to send this defective tablet off to the company at my own cost (turns out the 'great deal' I was getting wasn't such a great deal after all once you factor in the extra return shipping costs and efforts.)
