The Intransigent Warhammer is found in a chest on the Duergar skiff during the final battle of the game. Once you've found the Intransigent Warhammer you will have the possibility of using it on a grand total of 5 enemies and so in my opinion, it is the most useless weapon.

Once we're on the skiff there is no way back and once you've finished the fight the game cuts straight to a cutscene without giving you a chance to do anything.

The weapon is also bugged as the ability of the weapon works on a critical miss, as well as critical hits and when enemies are killed.

Do keep in mind that Baldur's Gate 3 is still in early access and so the features shown in the video are subject to change and the game is incomplete, so expect more to be added to the game in the future. At time of recording the game was still in Early Access Patch 5, and by the time of the full release of Baldur's Gate 3 things may have changed.
