Production Studios in the anime industry are becoming quite notorious for their poor working conditions. How rampant is this issue? Studio Madhouse in Particular has come under fire recently due to accusations of alleged overworked employees and even claims of non-compensation for overtime. While no such accusations exist, to my knowledge, regarding Attack On Titan's Studio WIT, this informaton can certainly provide us with some extra insight to speculate with regarding why AOT was delayed during Season 3 and why One Punch Man season 1 had such a highly regarded animation quality from Studio Madhouse, especially in contrast to season 2 which is now being produced by J.C. staff.
