I just wrapped up a full Legendary solo playthrough of Halo Reach in 2025… and wow, this game still absolutely holds up. Reach was never my favorite Halo growing up, but it has something very special about it. It’s where my YouTube channel started. I probably dumped 500+ hours into multiplayer, Forge, custom games, you name it. And revisiting the campaign this year reminded me just how special this game really is. In this video I talk about why Reach still matters in 2025, what makes its campaign so good, what hasn’t aged quite as well, and why I think Bungie was at the absolute top of their game here.
